Presentation Drawings

A high density development of flats around a courtyard with existing buildings.
Occasionally it may be an advantage to prepare a three dimensional drawing to give a better idea of the new building. This can be of assistance to clients who are not familiar with architectural drawings, or it may show a particular aspect that assists in obtaining an otherwise difficult planning consent. Finally, presentation drawings can be a powerful marketing tool when used in advertising.

  • An elevation with the doors open, and as a section

  • A drawing of a new house, prepared for the client
