SPECIALIST PROJECTS
The company's expertise in conservation work has led to a number of prestige projects including drawing up proposals and carrying out renovations to Grade 1 and Grade 2* Listed Buildings. Rescue proposals for buildings have been drawn up in conjunction with Local Authority Conservation departments and with English Heritage.
Knowledge of conservation techniques is also useful in both large and small projects when renovating old buildings. The practice is experienced in preparing detailed records of existing structures and in carrying out research to establish their past history. The partners recently identified a 16th century hunting lodge, concealed beneath a Victorian farmhouse.
