Obtaining planning permission for a new house can be very difficult, even if a suitable plot has been identified.
Hibbs and Walsh Associates have obtained approval for a number of difficult sites in and around Saffron Walden, and have built new houses both for individual clients and for speculative projects.
Many of our new-build houses have four or five bedrooms together with en-suite bathrooms and large kitchen/dining rooms. Open bay cart shed type garages are also often included.
