Hibbs and Walsh Associates have been employed to design new Parish Rooms for the RC Church of St Anne Line in South Woodford. The existing church is a fine example of 1960's modern architecture. It is intended to sympathetically extend the Church to provide a meeting room, a church hall and new service accommodation
